I Tell Everyone Everything
But I just realized that I’ve never told anyone this:
When I was little, I used to think the world was in black and white back in the 1930’s and 40’s. I didn’t realize that there was color anywhere up until the point when they started making movies in color. I never asked about it because I think I realized how stupid that idea was.
But I still secretly thought it, and I wondered if my grandfather preferred living in black and white or in color.
I’m pretty glad I never asked him.
